You can also schedule an in-person consultation if you are local to the Marquette, MI area. You can also upload photos of your skin!

After scheduling your consultation, you'll access to your patient portal through MyTouchMD. There, you can fill out a comprehensive skincare profile. We'll ask about your skin type, concerns, current routine, allergies, and any specific goals you have in mind, as well as medical history. This information is crucial for our experts to understand your unique needs.

STEP 3:  VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
At the appointed time, you'll meet one-on-one with our experienced medical professional through a secure video conferencing platform. You'll be texted a link to join. During this virtual session, our expert will delve deeper into your skincare profile, discussing your concerns, goals, and any specific issues you're facing. They may also ask to see your skin up close to get a better understanding of its condition.

STEP 4: PERSONALIZED AT-HOME REGIMEN
Based on the information gathered during the consultation, your certified ZO Skin Health Expert will craft a personalized medical-grade skincare regimen exclusively for you. This regimen may include cleansers, serums, moisturizers, treatments, and more – all carefully chosen to address your individual needs and concerns. Additionally, in-office treatments may be recommended to reach optimal skin health.

STEP 5: DELIVERY AND FOLLOW UP
Once your skincare regimen is finalized, your products will be shipped the same day and delivered straight to your doorstep. We offer free shipping to the continental United States.  After about 4 weeks, we'll schedule a follow-up virtual consultation or call. This allows us to track your progress, address any questions or concerns you might have, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
