Every single penny you put into your Personal Image Fund is yours to use. If you would like a service that exceeds the balance of your Personal Image Fund, it’s not a problem. We can apply your balance, and then you pay the difference — at your VIP pricing!

HOW DO I ENROLL?
Enrollment is currently closed. It will re-open on 2/1/26!
A valid credit or debit card and signed Membership Agreement must be placed on file to enroll in a VIP Program.
Must be 18+ to enroll
HOW/WHEN WILL MY MONTHLY FEE BE COLLECTED?
Your credit card is automatically charged each month on the same day that you enrolled.
For example, if you enroll on September 4, your billing cycle is now on the 4th of each month. You must have a credit card on file to enroll in a membership. Billing dates cannot be changed.
You can update your card on file in your client portal, in-person, or by calling us at 906.273.0512.
CAN I STACK MY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ON TOP OF PROMOTIONS?
Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
You can stack your savings with Alle, Evolus, and Aspire rewards programs and their brands!
WHAT IF I DON'T MAKE A PURCHASE EVERY MONTH?
Your unused balance will roll over each month! So if you are planning a vacation or your skin just needs a break from treatments, your automatic deposits will continue and the money in your Personal Image Fund will be available to use when you are ready.
Our members love this feature because it's like an automatic savings account, but for fun things like Botox and Facials.
CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Our system does not allow memberships to be paused or frozen.
Cancellation: You many cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel within the first three months a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
Upon cancellation, your personal image fund balance will remain on your account, & you forfeit any VIP benefits including discounts and VIP pricing.
Any bonuses added by Lakeshore Skin + Body for promotions or otherwise will be removed from your personal image fund upon cancellation. If you cancel within 60 days of enrolling, you are subject to charges of any bonuses used.
Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given.
