APPOINTMENT POLICIES

At Lakeshore Skin + Body, we value your time and strive to provide you with the best possible service. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we have established the following appointment policy:

1. Scheduling Appointments:
 Appointments can be scheduled through our website, over the phone, or in-person at our clinic.
 We encourage you to schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A valid credit card is required on file to book an appointment at Lakeshore Skin + Body. 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
 We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any charges, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment to avoid charges.

For canceled appointments within 24 hours: Non-refundable, $100 charged at the time of cancellation.
Re-booking fee: for rescheduled appointments within 24 hours: $50 fee charged at time of rescheduling, will be used as a deposit toward your next appointment.

3. Late Arrivals:
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary consent forms and prepare for your treatment. Consent forms will be electronically sent to you if you wish to complete  them prior to your arrival. If you arrive late, please understand that your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

4. No-Show Policy:
 A "no-show" occurs when a client misses an appointment without canceling or rescheduling in advance. This includes same-day cancelations. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, a no-show fee up to the cost of your treatment will apply. Those who arrive at their appointment sick are not able to be treated, and are considered same day cancellation.

5. Confirmations and Reminders:
 We will send you appointment reminders via email or SMS as a courtesy. Confirmation is required to hold your appointment.

In the event of an unconfirmed appointment, we will contact you to inform you of the date and time of your appointment. If you are unreachable 48 hours prior to your appointment, it will be subject to cancellation. 

6. Special Considerations:
We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can affect your ability to attend appointments. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

7. Repeat Offenders:
 Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel with insufficient notice may be required to prepay for future appointments.

PRODUCT PURCHASES
Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason except for instances covered by warranties or manufacturer defects, which will be determined at the discretion of management at Lakeshore Skin + Body.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES
Once a gift card is purchased, it will remain on your account. All gift card sales are final. Gift cards may not be redeemable for cash. Gift cards may be transferred to another account upon written request.

PRE-PURCHASED PACKAGES

3. Non-Transferable:
Pre-purchased packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. They are intended for use by the purchaser only.

 Each pre-purchased package comes with a specified expiration date. It is your responsibility to use the services or sessions within the allotted time frame. Expired packages will not be honored, and unused sessions or services will be forfeited.

5. Booking and Scheduling:
 To use your pre-purchased package, you must schedule your appointments in advance, subject to availability.
 It is recommended that you book your appointments well in advance of the package expiration date to ensure you can use all included sessions.

6. Payment Terms:
 Full payment for pre-purchased packages is required at the time of purchase to receive promotional pricing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit card, and Cherry financing.

GIFT CARD POLICY

To redeem a Lakeshore Skin + Body gift card, guests must present the gift card number at the time of redemption. This can be done by providing the physical gift card or by presenting the gift card number mentioned in the confirmation email received at the time of purchase.

If you do not have the physical gift card but have the confirmation email, the gift card number is included in the email. Please have the email ready, and our staff will use the provided gift card number for redemption.

Treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Please store your gift card in a safe place and do not share your gift card number with anyone you do not trust.

In most cases, gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. Check with our staff for any specific terms and conditions.
