MyTouchMD Patient Portal

We use a patient education software system called TouchMD. As a patient of Lakeshore Skin + Body, you have access to your account either via an online web portal or smartphone app.

Here you may view your personal treatment plan, review recommended products and treatments, and relive your transformation through before and after photos saved to your personal timeline. You can even upload your own progress photos!

HOW TO ACCESS THE PORTAL
Every client is set up with a Touch MD account at their first appointment. You will receive a Welcome Email from the sender “TouchMD Messages”, to set up your password for the system. 

Once you have set up your password, you will be able to log into your profile via the online portal system or the Touch MD app on iOS or Android.

You can upload your own images to your TouchMD account by logging in, going to the upper right hand corner and selecting “Add Photo”Although you may upload an image to your myTouchMD account via the web portal, it is much easier to do so via the myTouchMD app. We highly recommending using the app to upload images to your account.
